As our founding Senior Marketing & Design Specialist, you will be the versatile engine of our growth. This unique role requires you to wear many hats, bridging the gap between data driven marketing, long-term organic strategy, and compelling creative design. Your mission is to build the APPHOX brand from the ground up, establishing our presence in key international markets, generating a pipeline of qualified leads, and ensuring every customer touchpoint is visually professional and on-brand. This is a strategic, hands-on role for a talented generalist who thrives on building a complete marketing function from scratch.
Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
Develop and execute paid acquisition campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, to generate high-quality B2B leads.
Manage campaign budgets, A/B test ad copy and creatives, and optimize for key metrics like CPL and MQLs.
Implement and manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows. SEO & Content Strategy:
Conduct keyword research and develop a content strategy to build our organic presence.
Perform on-page SEO for all website content and collaborate on technical SEO improvements.
Track and report on key SEO metrics like organic traffic and keyword rankings. Graphic & Brand Design:
Serve as the custodian of the APPHOX brand, ensuring a consistent and professional visual identity.
Design a wide range of marketing collateral, including ad creatives, e-books, social media graphics, and sales presentations.
Create visually compelling landing pages and website assets in collaboration with the development team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a broad marketing role, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS.
Deep, hands-on expertise in at least one of the three core areas (Paid Ads, SEO, or Design), with functional competency in the other two.
Demonstrable experience managing successful LinkedIn Ads or Google Ads campaigns.
A strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality graphic design work for B2B marketing (e-books, ads, presentations, etc.).
Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
Essential Tools & Technologies:
PPC Platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
SEO Tools: Ahrefs or SEMrush, Google Search Console.
Design Software (Expert-Level): Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4).
