Job Description

1. Co-ordinate with regards to organizations communications team to develop and implement internal and external communication strategies for the organization to ensure that unified, consistent, and positive messages define and promote the corporate identity and mission. 2. Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal and external communication. 3. Develops and implements policies and procedures for communicating on behalf of the organization that represents the corporate identity, and promotes and supports the organizations mission includes local branding 4. Oversees the workflow and work assignments of the communications team to ensure effective collaboration among team members and consistent, quality work. 5. Drafts proposals for special communications / PR projects; presents on and promotes these projects to management. 6. Seeks new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events and changes in the organization including the Founders Day, special events, local and global community service, and other topics of interest. 7. Prepares and delivers presentations / reports of the companies monthly , Quarterly & Half yearly corporate communication coverages for Social media , PR & Video coverages 8. Represents the company in a variety of settings, always promoting the company in the best possible way. 9. Liaision with local journalist / Editors with regards to positive coverages 10. Handle Enternal / Internal communications, Media relations and social media management 11. Work closely with others in the Corporate Communications department and with PR agencies to share presentation narratives for media consumption and obtain media messages/interview feedback to incorporate in internal / external speaking presentations. 12. Manage any outside agencies or freelancers hired to assist in the project
