SECTION III: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To implement the brand marketing plans in line with brand strategy. To produce marketing communication briefs for external agencies. Managing and producing all Offline artwork including amends through until completion.
SECTION IV: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
Branding & Communication:
Brand building, activation & brand sustenance
Coordinating, developing the creative brief and analyzing content
Developing, creating & executing relevant branding throughout to ensure
maximum visibility
Collateral management (Brochures, Opp Docs, Gifts etc.)
Planning & Lead Gen:
Planning for the optimum options of ATL & BTL activities as per the budget to
ensure max quality lead generation
Budgeting:
Cost budgeting & allocation as per targets
Agency & Vendor Management:
Creative, Outdoor, Event, Printing, Media etc
Vendor negotiation
Managing the existing pool & setting up a fresh network of vendors
Creating, maintaining & tracking Purchase Requisitions & Work Orders
Reporting:
Campaign analysis - leads, walk-ins, bookings, ROI
Management reports & presentations
Research:
Market research & trend analysis
Competition mapping, research, monitoring & analysis
Consumer research & profiling
Liaisoning:
coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic synergies &
execution

5-8 Years of experience in Marketing, preferably real estate
