. You will play a key role in enhancing brand presence, generating qualified leads, and supporting sales efforts through impactful marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
Plan, create, and manage content across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Drive organic engagement through community management, content storytelling, and consistent posting
Collaborate with digital marketing team to align social media efforts with lead generation campaigns
Public Relations & Media:
Build and manage relationships with real estate journalists, media outlets, and influencers
Draft press releases, event coverage, and media invites for new project launches or milestone events
Coordinate PR activities for brand visibility, awards, and project highlights
Creative Marketing & Collaterals:
Oversee design and production of brochures, flyers, hoardings, digital ads, and other creative assets
Work with internal designers/agencies to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output
Contribute to the ideation of creative campaigns for property launches, site visits, and events
Campaign Planning & Execution:
Support marketing campaigns for new project launches and ongoing promotions
Work closely with the sales team to understand target audiences and align messaging
Monitor and report campaign performance metrics to improve ROI
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
4-5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the real estate, luxury, or lifestyle sectors)
Strong copywriting, content creation, and storytelling skills
Knowledge of real estate customer behavior and market trends
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads/Analytics, etc.
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with
real estate CRM tools
(e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, NoBrokerHood)
Previous success in
project launch marketing campaigns
Understanding of
SEO, SEM
, and performance marketing metrics
