will play a pivotal role in leading, coordinating, and executing the company's marketing efforts. This position requires strong agency management, campaign ideation, and hands-on involvement in tracking and optimizing lead generation processes.
Major Responsibilities
External Agency Coordination:
Manage end-to-end relationships and coordination with external agencies to ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing projects.
Lead Management:
Track incoming leads, assign them efficiently to the sales team, and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
Campaign & Collateral Ideation:
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns, engaging events, and compelling marketing collateral.
Required Skills & Experience
Marketing Background:
Must demonstrate previous experience in marketing; candidates with experience working at an interior design or architecture firm in Delhi NCR will be highly preferred.
Communication:
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills necessary for liaising with agencies, team members, and clients.
Digital Marketing Analytics:
Should have above-average knowledge of analytics platforms, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and SEO best practices.
