Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Marketing Executive to promote ICFAI Group's MBA Programs and drive lead generation through on-ground marketing activities. The role involves visiting corporate offices, organizing marketing activations, and counseling working professionals about our MBA offerings (Online, Distance, and Executive).

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-field marketing activities such as corporate visits, presentations, information desks, and roadshows.

Generate leads from working professionals and corporate employees.

Counsel prospective students and convert leads into admissions.

Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to increase visibility and admissions.

Meet and manage individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduation is mandatory.

5-10 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (Corporate/B2B preferred).

Backgrounds from Education, BFSI, Insurance, Media, FMCG, or Telecom sectors are desirable.

Strong local market knowledge and corporate connect in Kolkata.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and presentation skills (English, Hindi, Vernacular).

Internet savvy with strong persuasion and closing abilities.

Self-motivated, dynamic, and results-driven.

Age: 30+ years

Salary: ₹25,000-?30,000 per month (based on experience & qualifications)
