Purpose of the Role
Managing the COP certification from external certifying agencies such as ARAI etc. Through stringent internal controls monitoring (Ex: Internal Emission testing, TAV, 108 parameters check as per plan).
Job Responsibility

• Conduct tests as per plan, report generation & compilation of test results, In order to ensure in-process control through regular audits.
• Prepare & Maintain Documentation for Standard Work processes in the laboratories.
• Execute vehicle testing for assessing CMVR and Homologation requirements on chassis dynamometer
• Maintain calibration & uptime of all equipment & machines under control of this position to effectively carryout Inspection activity as per schedule in Order to Ensure Productivity of various Equipment and machines.
• NABL compliance of lab.
• Investigation & rectification of issues observed on COP vehicles /During Audit.
• Preparation of Fault Tree Diagram and analysis.
• Check safety of Team members/ inspectors by providing adequate PPEs, safety trainings and monitoring in-process safety.
• Check Disposal of Scrap in all the areas as per regulatory norms.

• Minimum education qualification Basic: B.E./ B. Tech. (Any)
• Minimum experience requirement 4-10 years
• Working knowledge requirement: Automobile Industry, Strong understanding of Manufacturing process, Quality Management System, Problem Solving Techniques, Regulatory norms & statutory requirements, Horiba/AVL Emission & Dyno system, NABL requirements.
