Summary -
An exciting opportunity to work on real estate valuation and advisory projects involving market research, feasibility studies, and financial modeling. This role focuses on project execution, client query handling, and delivering detailed insights for investment and development decisions.

Responsibilities - * Conducting real estate research, feasibility studies, and demand-supply analysis.

• Preparing financial models, market research, and highest & best use reports.
• Executing and delivering valuation assignments and presentations.
• Maintaining databases of projects, developers, and investors.
• Managing client interactions, site inspections, and project documentation.

Requirements - * Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or a Statistical discipline.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate valuation or advisory.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and report writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client deliverables efficiently.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven professional.
