Familiarity with Transportation Systems:
Experience with various transportation modes and End to End transportations, Coordination with Transport service provider, Vehicle on time placements, Delivery management, Customer TAT and GT / MT client managements,
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for coordinating with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
Analytical and Problem-Solving:
Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop solutions related to transportation operations.
Leadership and Team Management:
Experience in leading and motivating teams for Transportations individual project coordinator, as transport managers often oversee dispatchers, TAT, Client challenges and solutions and other support staff.
Ability to Work Under Pressure:
Transportation operations can be fast-paced and require the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Detail-Oriented:
Attention to detail is essential for accurate record-keeping and ensuring compliance.
Finance / Account:
Client based On time monthly billing submission to Client and Finance, To ensure the POD submission along with Invoice,
