Job Description

To grow the syndication practice healthily through partially lending and balance syndications with banks (PSU banks, private banks, foreign banks, offshore banks, NBCFs, etc)


MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or Equivalent


1. Maintain and acquire new relationships with various banks (PSU banks, private banks, foreign banks, offshore banks, NBCFs, etc)


2. Maintain relationships with other loan syndication desks to remain updated with loan syndication market information


3. Actively work on selecting the right opportunities to take up for syndications


4. Providing active inputs during client negotiations to make the proposal saleable during the syndication process


5. Ensure correct structuring of the proposal to ensure innovative solutions to the client and at the same time build credit worthiness of the proposal and legal correctness


6. Preparation of Credit Assessment Memorandum and representing the cases in the various approval committees of banks


7. Syndicating the client requirements within client expected timelines


8. End to end deal management
