Techno-commercial negotiation, Co-ordination, Development of alternate sources & Import substitution for cost saving. And also Consumption and inventory control. Analysis of break downs for improvements.ac
Job Responsibility
1. Purchase & Planning of Repairs and Maintenance:
Working in all 3 shift and non-working days on shop floor includes six meter level fully automated robotics shop.
Responsible for daily breakdown reduction, equipment up time, quality correction physical involvements with team to maintain equipment availability .( responsible for all robotics Grippers, Fixtures, BIW dimension, in word material etc )
Planning & execution of TBM & CBM activities for BIW fixtures, jigs and lifting tackles.
Resolution of quality concerns & breakdown by QC story approach.
Responsible for BIW fixture design & modification.
Designing & Implementation HEP for chronic concerns.
New product design & manufacturing review.
Handled new product proto build activity.
New Fixture tryout & commissioning for BIW shops.
Cost champion for BIW shop.
JH pillar champion for BIW shop.
Responsible for 1D & 3D PIST of BIW.
Handling production activities under body sub-assembly area.
Preparation of report generation daily for fixture maintenance department and assign activity.
Detail analysis of CMM and inline robot report and action plan implementation.
Planning and executions of PM, CBM, TBM maintenance activity daily, Sunday and all non-working days.
Responsible for improving Uptime on weld shop.
Handling Equipment Breakdowns on Lines.
Analysis of Breakdowns and finding Root Cause.
Planning Actions and implementing the same to avoid recurrence prevention.
Planning Preventive and Predictive maintenance schedule and adherence of the same.
Manpower planning and Utilisation for Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance.
Resolve equipment related Quality issues on line.
Implementing TPM activities on line.
Responsible for 5'S, QCC activities, Kaizens, Dupont Standards.
Spares Planning for Reliable Maintenance.
Generating ideas for Power reduction and Implementation.
Shift scheduling and safety planning of team of 25 team members.
2. Statutory requirement, Licence:
Ensure procurement of material as per safety norms
Fulfilment of Statutory requirement of weights and measure.
3. Audits:
Review the status of various documents (records of calibration, statutory & safety requirements of equipment's etc) for various internal and external audits.
Follow up with the area in charges for closure of non- conformities highlighted during the audit inspections along with necessary supporting documents in a timely manner.
