9+ years in Pega Decisioning and marketing. Pega PRPC Version 8.x/7.x Development and integration.
Certifications: at least 2 of: PEGA Certified Senior System Architect, PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant, PEGA Certified System Architect
Solid experience in PEGA Customer Decision Hub in Telecom industry minimum 5 years
Knowledge of integration protocols (REST-JSON, SOAP-XML). Ability to develop integration with other system, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
Knowledge of Oracle, Cassandra, SQL at developer level and ETL
Knowledge of Java, JSP, J2EE, XML, and EJB.
Ability to implement the rules and build low level design. Experience in implementing Pega Decisioning rules, Strategies, engagement policies, constraints, and channel configuration.
Experience in developing, monitoring, and troubleshooting batch campaigns
Knowledge of data flows, segmentation, AI concepts and experience in implementing changes to these modules.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
Coordination with operations and testing team and provide defect fixes and bugfixes
Build and unit test of the application components and/or managing development activities, performing peer reviews, and escalating technical issues
