Responsibilities * Lead internal and external compensation benchmarking by building analytics dashboards, maintaining salary structures, and driving governance across compensation cycles.

• Partner with Finance and leadership to deliver insights on pay equity, cost impact, risk, and ROI for informed decision-making.
• Drive the end-to-end OKR framework across all levels by enabling managers, administering the OKR system, running quarterly reviews, and delivering analytics on OKR quality, alignment, and productivity outcomes.
• Define and embed role-specific productivity scorecards with baselines and stretch targets across functions, driving monthly reviews and improvement actions through integrated performance and OKR frameworks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive smooth rollouts, create manager enablement materials, and ensure complete audit documentation across compensation cycles, calibrations, OKRs, and LTIP governance.

Requirements * Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PG in HR, Finance, Analytics preferred.

• 5-10+ years in HR (Compensation/Performance), ideally with Insurance/Financial Services experience.
• Experience in market benchmarking, compensation analytics, OKR frameworks, and productivity modeling.
• Strong familiarity with regulatory/audit norms related to remuneration governance.
• Technical skills:
• Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau
• HRIS/TMS: SuccessFactors/Workday/Darwinbox
• Market survey tools: Mercer/WTW/Aon
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and analytical capability.
