Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager - Legal, you will: * Provide strategic legal assistance in corporate risk management and mitigations.

• Draft, negotiate, review, and finalize agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Manage corporate legal documentation and liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
• Oversee legal processes related to compliance and statutory regulations.
• Contribute to developing organizational policies to align with legal standards and ethical practices.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess: * A degree in Law (LLB/LLM).

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in legal roles, preferably in a corporate environment(LPO background preferred).
• Proven expertise in corporate law, contract management, compliance, litigation, and statutory frameworks.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills and a knack for negotiation and conflict resolution.
