Role purpose:

• A core element of Vodafone's HR strategy is to deliver world class HR processes through its global HR systems.
• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Owner to lead our HR Services workstreams and manage a team of professionals.
• This role combines product ownership with people management responsibilities and requires a strong background in HR products and systems.
• Act as the Product Owner for HR Services workstreams including Onboarding, Offboarding, Employment Changes, Leavers, and New Hires.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring continuous grooming, refinement, and prioritization aligned with business goals.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to align on product vision, roadmap, and delivery timelines.

Must have professional qualifications

• Computer Science IT Engineering background
• Certification in Safe Agile or equivalent.
• Experience with HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar
• Background in enterprise level HR transformation projects
