Job Description
Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition (Vertical Head) with Big MNC
- MBA with 10+ years relevant experience into Talent Acquisition
- Will be responsible for delivery for 1/2 operating companies with a team of 3/4 recruiters
- Will be the the final responsibility for delivery and will ensure closure(s) for the indicated vertical
- Hiring over the fiscal will be in the range of approx 500 candidates
- Managing requirements, sourcing, taking interviews, preparing s, coordinating for interviews, processing interview papers, preparation of offer letters, and related documentation, maintaining trackers, vacancy charts,MIS etc
