Looking for experienced professional with minimum 10+years\' experience for below mentioned skill for Pune Hybrid Location. This is a highly visible role supporting the Optimization Project Managers and reporting into the Senior Manager, Global Optimization .. Day to day management of Optimisation Managers, Capex budget and Opex savings targets for CCE whilst ensuring adherence to UK & Group Governance policy. Assist on the annual budgeting cycle (9+15), Long Range Planning (LRP) and opex efficiencies tracking for GI&D. Support the Senior EU Deployment & Global Optimisation Manager in driving simplification and automation. Management of Optimisation PM\'s, their workload, the quality of their outputs and their growth and development.
