Job Description

Senior Manager/Executive - Production oversees end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring high-quality output, process efficiency, and cost optimization. This role involves managing production teams, coordinating with quality and maintenance departments, and implementing continuous improvement strategies. The candidate ensures timely delivery, maintains safety standards, and aligns production goals with organizational objectives to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage daily production schedules for maximum efficiency. Supervise production teams and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities. Implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and downtime. Ensure production targets meet quality and delivery standards. Coordinate with procurement and logistics for seamless material flow. Analyze production data to identify process improvement opportunities. Lead team training and development to enhance productivity levels.

Skill & Experience

Strong leadership and decision-making skills in production management. Excellent communication and team coordination abilities for smooth operations. Proficiency in production planning software and performance tracking tools. In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing and process optimization methods.
