Maintain healthy employee relations to enable smooth and hassle-free production process, no mandays lost due to IR issues to ensure harmonious industrial relations by liaising between workers, line managers, divisional heads and Union.
Dimensions of the position:
\xef\x82\xa7Grievance & discipline handling for all bargain able employees: one factory of the workforce size of 600-1200
\xef\x82\xa7Work closely with line managers for improvement in production, interacts with shop supervisors, managers, function heads to the tune of 10-30

Post Graduate in HR

Personal Profile:
Education:Post Graduate in Human Resources
Relevant Experience :10-12 years of experience in HR / ER with exposure to handling blue collared workers extensively
