Purpose of the Role
To ensure the proper functioning, safety, and regulatory compliance of ADAS features within vehicles through thorough testing, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and continuous improvement efforts.
Job Responsibility

• To design & develop the ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and it's subsystems (ex. Auto Parking system, Collision avoidance system, Conveyance system, Autonomous Driving) in line with defined Technical Policy and Technology Roadmap.
• To define design Standards & Carryover Strategy of this sub module and drive it's Engineering, aligned to the QCT of the projects.
• Also responsible for critical issue (escalated by ML & SMT Engineer) resolution

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: B.E/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical , Mechatronics engineering
• Expereince -3-8 years

Skills & Competencies

• "Working knowledge of the overall automotive and Automotive Electronics system, functional aspects, design, interfacing, application, testing and integration.
• Knowledge and understanding of ADAS system design and development with features like FCW,ACC,AEB,TJA,BSD,LCA,LKA,TSR, CTA ,LCS, ASA, HWA etc.
• Knowledge about Perception and Control logic for ADAS
• Detailed knowledge about Interface requirement with EMS, ESP, EPS and HMI ECUs
• Knowledge and experience of ECU development xe2x80x98V cycle from concept to production from an OEM perspective.
• Knowledge of DFMEA, Functional Safety Standard ISO26262 and Cyber Security requirements, SOTIF for ADAS systems
• Knowledge about IVN, Diagnostics and other Environment related design and test requirements for ADAS components
• Functional or System Testing of ADAS features in the SiL,HiL, Labcar and at Vehicle level
• Requirement Analysis and derivation of Test Specifications in Doors
• Familiarity of simulation tools - like MATLAB, SIMULINK, Enterprise Architect
• Good Knowledge of Different CAN development and Validation tools
• Knowledge of automotive communication and Diagnostic protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet, UDS etc)
• Good Experience on HIL systems and set ups for test automation
• Knowledge of regulatory, certification and NCAP requirements along with different ISO standards for ADAS systems
• Knowledge of Domestic and International regulatory / certification requirements like CMVR, AIS, ECE etc."
