Implement the organization's Human Resource processes and initiatives within designated business units as per defined policies & budgets.
Job Responsibility Execute HR Strategy with business alignment:
Understand business goals and recommend new approaches to effect improvements in business objectives and productivity within the unit in consultation with the HR Head.
Assist the HR Lead of specific function in aligning business objectives with centralized HR strategy by providing data on the local needs and issues
Prepare and report various HR metrics like attrition analysis, Hiring trends, Competency Mapping, performance metrics etc. Assist and counsel employees on policies and benefit administration related subject
Drive HR programs and initiatives:
Implement corporate HR programs in Learning and Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, Workforce Planning etc.
Design and Monitor HR initiatives and programs in line with the business requirements and in consultation with the local stakeholders including the HR Leads.
Provide feedback and request for customized support on the same in consultation with the HR Lead.
Share the learnings and best practices on the HR programs with the HR team at large, within as well as outside the location.
Support Manpower planning & Talent Acquisition:
Monitor and adhere to the manpower requirements for the year across the business unit based on business projections and provide the same to the corporate team.
Lead the selection process of the candidate screened by the central Talent Acquisition team Support onboarding for new hires and senior level employees in the BU, induction and orientation programs for new joiners.
Drive Performance Management process:
Work with the department heads in executing the performance management process as per HR guidelines
Sensitize and assist the department heads in creating the development plans and help them maximize the performance of their team
Conduct goal audits and process adherence audits
Consult and assist the line managers for individualized compensation exercise based on the performance ratings
Conduct sessions and guide Managers with the LooP methodology and process.
Implement Talent Management processes:
Implement talent management processes by providing resources and logistic support to complete the targeted coverage. Assist in organizing the talent review discussions.
Support line managers to have effective career discussions with the employees by providing guidelines
Support job rotation and execute the same in the units in consultation with the HR Lead.
Aid the business heads and HR head in identification of critical positions and providing succession candidates data
Drive Employee Engagement
Assist the corporate team in running the employee perception survey.
Design and Implement Business Unitwise engagement initiatives.
Assess the local engagement needs and action plan & execute the same in consultation with the HR Head
Design, Plan & execute communication sessions, town halls etc. in consultation with the HR Lead.
Learning & Development:
Monitor the assessment of training needs for the unit and provide feedback on the training effectiveness to the L&D team
Apprise the L&D COE from time to time on the specific learning needs of the business to provide inputs to the learning calendar
Monitor participation and feedback of employees for the program.
Ensure Developmental and Org level identified Learning Pathways are completed by employees using MYLxP.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education : MBA in Human resources
Relevant Experience : 5 to 10 years of experience in generalist and/or specialist HR roles like Talent Acquisition , Performance Management, Compensation, Learning, Competency Mapping and Development, HR Analytics and Dashboards, Employee Engagement etc.
