Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement the channel partner sales strategy:
- Collaborate with the executive team to identify and establish strategic goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel partner sales.
- Create and execute effective sales plans to achieve the set targets.
- Identify potential areas of improvement and implement corrective measures to optimize sales processes.
2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners:
- Identify potential channel partners and build a strong network of partnerships.
- Evaluate potential partnerships based on their alignment with organizational objectives, reputation, target market penetration, and growth potential.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, conduct regular performance reviews, and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
3. Drive revenue growth through channel partner sales:
- Provide guidance, support, and training to channel partners to maximize sales revenue and meet business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential opportunities for revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative product and service offerings tailored to the needs and demands of channel partners and their customers.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop channel-specific marketing campaigns and communication materials to promote products/services to channel partners.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless collaboration between direct sales and channel partner sales activities.
- Provide regular and accurate reports on market trends, sales achievements, challenges, and opportunities to the executive team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is desirable.
- Proven experience in channel partner sales or related roles, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, as well as channel partner dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, channel partners, and potential customers.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive results and achieve sales targets.
- Ability to analyze market dynamics, identify trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Demonstrated track record of managing large portfolios and achieving ambitious sales targets.
