Responsibilities
Be trusted talent advisor for Change Management strategy and implementation within client transformation.
Leverage established Change Management methodologies/tools to develop and execute the strategic plan supporting implementation, execution, and adoption.
Manage the change management for clients including setting change strategies and managing change-related project plans.
Manage change management deliverables including change plan, leadership alignment, communications, change impacts, training/Super Users, Change Agent Network, and value realization.
Contribute to the communication strategy and works with key client stakeholders to develop communications materials.
Contribute to the training strategy and works with key client stakeholders to develop training materials.
Develop and maintains relationships with key client and internal stakeholders.
Translate theoretical approaches, past experiences, and business needs into practical plans and manage/ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
Drive, monitor, and manage change workstream delivery - ensuring key milestones are met on time and within budget.
Work with relevant stakeholders (including SMEs) to build change management understanding and ensure stakeholders are prepared to effectively lead and embed change with their teams.

  • Researching relevant industry topics to identify new content
  • Creating original content (Creative writing, editing or refining print or digital copy)
  • Producing and publishing articles that market the Recruitment function
  • Collaborating with Talent Marketing to develop visuals
  • Creating reports on content
  • Clear, concise, and grammatically correct messages
  • Writing engaging content based on the organization's digital marketing strategy for the defined target audience
  • Concise messaging (web content) to drive engagement with the audience
Relationship management skills with the ability to influence clients and colleagues in the change management agenda
Analytical skills to assess client needs and present data
Business experience is needed
Strong spoken, written, and interpersonal skills, including proven experience in partner engagement management at the most senior levels
Out-going personality with ability to establish trust with client teams
Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.
Bachelor's degree is required

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in media, English, communications, or related discipline
  • A portfolio of published content
  • Exceptional writing and research skill
  • Understanding of marketing and digital content development
  • Communication skills - ability to interact with clients, team members of the project team
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • People management / team leading
  • Good time management skills
Bachelor's Degree, preferably MBA or MA/MS in Org Development and Leadership or another related field
Consulting or industry experience with strong knowledge of change management, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
High EQ, curiosity, courageousness, and incisiveness
Experience in Digital Transformation preferred
Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items
Excellent consultative and diagnostic skills
Ability to work through organizational complexity
Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Demonstrates leadership potential, including the ability to manage and influence others
Strong analytic skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
