Senior Manager/avp Portfolio Management Bfs
Job Description
The incumbent will play a key role in the scale-up strategy and will be responsible for driving international usage on issued Debit & Credit Cards which is a key objective of the Indian office.
The role includes :
- Create & execute strategies to increase international usage on issued cards in India.
- Work with NPCI and Issuing Bank partners to ensure promotion of key international features and benefits.
- Design and execution of international usage campaigns for both Face to Face and E-Com.
- Tracking and review of all campaigns, identifying key learnings and insights and providing regular updates to local management as well as THQ.
- Build excellent relationship with NPCI to build preference for the brand amongst all internal stakeholders as well to ensure smooth execution of all activities.
- Supporting International marketing / HQ team on activities such as website creation or other suitable requirements as they come about.
Requirements :
- Full time MBA with 6 - 12 years of portfolio experience in the cards business from banks.
- Experience of campaign design and management is a must.
- Analytical mindset with an aptitude of making data driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Pleasant and likeable personality with an ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
