Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities:

- Leading sales conversations with prospective clients such as FMCG, electronic, ecommerce, BFSI, automobiles, OEMs, among others.

- Generate & Process new sales leads across India & taking them to closure.

- Acquire new institutional clients to grow the number of prepaid cards in force (CIF) and subscriptions to our healthcare app.

- Work with card networks and clients to curate CVPs for employee benefits, merchant loyalty and other healthcare + prepaid card (GPR) solutions.

- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.

- Creating market & client specific presentations.

- Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

- Conducting in-depth research on competitors\' products, pricing, and market success togain insight into customer preferences and interests.

Skills required:

- Specialist experience in the field of prepaid cards (especially GPR) in a B2B sales environment.

- Proven track record of onboarding new institutional clients in this industry through customized solutions.

- Knowledge or experience of the health & wellness industry, especially where applied to employee benefits or merchant loyalty will be an added benefit.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proficient with numbers to analyze sales data and produce reports.

- Possess leadership and public speaking skills to motivate the workforce.

- Continuously demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.

- Entrepreneurial, Problem Solver, Go Getter.
