Job Summary

Translates Business Strategic plans into actionable analytical insights & solutions. And communicates across all levels and with senior executives. Design, develop and maintain scalable, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards that will support the analytical and business needs. Taking disparate data and connecting the dots to craft meaningful narratives that help the business look around corners. Diving deep into data to understand not only the 'what', but the 'so what' and 'now what'. Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations that help shape our business roadmap. Design, execute and optimize campaigns that deliver on business objectives and ensure reach into target audience, and continued nurture and qualification of leads. Lead recurring meeting cadence with key onshore stakeholders to ensure timely and on-target execution of campaigns. Perform deep dive data analytics to drive end-to-end campaign effectiveness and overall financial performance KPI's Establish clear and well documented business processes, establish checking & mitigation mechanism to ensure proper implementation. Provide End-to-end support from Analytics to Campaign / Fulfilment Leads extraction and execution Be the internal consultant to business for strategic decisioning requiring data analytics by participating in various forums / squads for exchange of ideas / business priorities / presenting self-initiated product deep dives in these discussions. Proactively supports transformational initiatives & innovative analytical thinking & solutions that results into improved business performance.

Broad experience, across functional and technical areas, designing, developing and deploying BAU. Proven experience in building high performance data analysis team. Should have strong data understanding skills which helps multiple teams to support their requirements. Ability to create and deliver effective client management Define & implement resourcing strategy, involve in hiring of right talent. Developing and executing long term strategy and implementation plan for scaling the business Understanding the requirements from leadership and transforming into executable implementation plan Should be able to drive, mentor and guide team larger team, should have team and people management experience. Strong banking knowledge especially in retail and wealth segments. Should be able to manage BAU team and should be hands-on when required to deliver critical & timebound projects.

Expertise in Languages : Python, SQL Tools : DataIku / SAS Viya Good to have understanding of business intelligence platforms such as MicroStrategy, Power BI etc. Data Analytics ; Data exploration and analysis Experience / working knowledge in AI tools / ChatGPT Ability to interpret complex data sets and extract insight Functional and soft skills : Business analytics and insights development Ability to articulate insights and actions to Senior stakeholders Experience dealing with sensitive Data sensitivity and associated governance processes Domain: Banking and/(or) financial services
