Job Summary


Requirement analysis, setting up data processes / logics and covert existing datasets to the required schemas as per new tool's requirements Testing & reconciliations, closing data gaps, work with technology for production deployment, User inquiry management and trainings, adoption, Enhancement and change management, etc. Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area. Manage projects with strong technical and data driven components Work closely with the multiple upstream & downstream teams on program setup and testing framework/tactics Provide compilation of analysis and results in presentation format, complete with timely and actionable recommendations for implementation

Embed Here for good and Group's brand and values in [GBS India / SBIM]; Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; Multiple functions (double hats) Banking and financial services ( advantageous if they have worked on wealth products and or Affluent/High net worth/Premier segments). Experience working on finance tech (Hyperion, TM1, finsight etc is also preferrable) Broad experience, across functional and technical areas, designing, developing and deploying large scale projects. Proven experience in building high performance data team. Should have strong data understanding skills which helps multiple teams to support their requirements. Ability to create and deliver effective client management Define & implement resourcing strategy, involve in hiring of right talent. Developing and executing long term strategy and implementation plan for scaling the business Understanding the requirements from leadership and transforming into executable implementation plan Should be able to drive, mentor and guide team larger team, should have team and people management experience. Strong banking knowledge especially in retail and wealth segments. Should be able to manage BAU team and should be hands-on when required to deliver critical & timebound projects.

Qualifications


Mandatory



5-7+ years' experience in SQL/HQL (Data manipulation skills - created, maintained, retrieved tables ) 5+ years' Experience in Python Experience working in PySpark Working knowledge in Open source, Dataiku/Datarobot, hue etc Expertise in MS Excel ( VBA will be an added advantage )

Optional



Working knowledge of "Dataiku" platform through pySPark (or) Spark SQL Working knowledge on AI Tools Domain knowledge in Banking and/(or) financial sector

Skills and Experience
