Overview We are seeking to hire Senior Manager who is highly skilled DATAIKU Developer to help us setup the Dataiku platform and to effectively use it to perform Model validations, reviewing source system layouts and schemas, and business review. Performing the analysis, envisioning and design phases, to a full lifecycle Data Warehouse implementation. As part of our team, this person will play an essential role in the delivery of Volume Automation project as part of the Workforce Management team. Evangelize the challenges of building Enterprise Data Science Platforms to technical and non-technical audiences Understand customer requirements in terms of scalability, availability and security and provide architecture recommendations Deploy Dataiku in a large variety of technical environments (on prem/cloud, Hadoop) Design and build reference architectures, scripts and various helpers to make the deployment and maintenance of Dataiku smooth and easy Automate operation, installation, and monitoring of the data science ecosystem components in our infrastructure stack Engage with the upstream teams and carry out assignments to gather data Perform trend checks and reconciliations Analyse the data gathered to standardize definitions, data formation and develop actionable insights Ensure common application architectural framework across different subject areas and conformance with best practices Consult with key individuals across multiple projects regarding the usage and application of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing architectural standards and processes, including Data Governance processes Design and develop of logical and physical data models to meet approved business requirements. Work with business to implement ETL architecture and processes, implement data quality and data governance processes Evaluate and implement Business Intelligence Tools to meet technical and business requirements Prior experience with Data Warehouse with Hadoop Eco System Strong understanding and experience with Dataiku setup Hands on experience with Data visualizations tools with Tableau Agile implementation experience is desired development Experience in the BI domain, Big data Analytics and development Competency Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with business, project team members, supervisors, and employees from other departments Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. Ability to readily adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to read communication styles of team members who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines. Education & Experience Bachelor.s degree in computer science, information system, computer engineering or equivalent with relevant experience and exposure Having banking or financial industry is preferred 10 to 12 years working experience in data warehousing / data architecture / Data factory projects 8 to 10 years hands on experience with managing the ETL platforms About Standard Chartered We\'re an international bank, nimble enough to act, big enough for impact.
