Job Title Senior Manager | Valuation | Bangalore
Summary Assist in the back-end analysis, client related and field activities.

About the Role:

• Exposure in Real Estate advisory - Research, Feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, highest & best use reports, Financial Modeling & concepts
• The position will have both elements: primarily project execution/ delivery along with a support business development
• Execution skills- Report writing - Feasibility report, market research report etc., Market surveys, financial modeling, making presentations
• Maintain database of projects, developers, investors etc.
• Site inspections. Presentation and documentation work
• Self-driven individual with execution & client query handling responsibilities

About You:

• Minimum Experience - 4 Years
• Graduation in Commerce, Finance or Statistical Background
