Job Overview

A leading organization in the

NGO service sector

is seeking an experienced professional to manage and expand partnerships with universities, colleges, and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs). The role involves building strong academic alliances to support skilling, employability, and CSR-linked programs across India.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage partnerships with universities, colleges, and TPOs Execute college outreach plans for student mobilization and engagement Coordinate with internal teams to align academic partnerships with skilling and CSR initiatives Develop and manage MOUs with academic institutions Maintain databases of partner institutions, TPO contacts, and placement data Represent the organization at academic summits, job fairs, and sector events Identify and onboard new academic partners across regions Ensure smooth execution, reporting, and outcome tracking of partnership activities

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong network within universities, colleges, and placement cells Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills Understanding of NGO, CSR, education, and skilling ecosystems Experience in student outreach, training coordination, or placement support Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; CRM exposure preferred

Experience in

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partnerships Willingness to travel as per project requirements
