Senior Manager -Underwriting Transformation 7+ years - Gurugram
An exciting Job opportunity for a professional holding 7+ years of experience in underwriting and risk management, assessment using automation.
Location: Gurugram

Responsibilities: * Developing Strategic alignment with reinsurer on customized sourcing restriction, underwriting guidelines.

• Focusing on project specially around OCRS, UW rule engines, deployment of journey changes, Integration with UW risk models, Predictive models.
• Highlighting any deviation seen in UW approach and report outages to reinsurer to ensure no claim denial.
• Supervising and reviewing procedures and ensure for compliance in line with IRDA, Internal guidelines, reinsurance and ISO requirements

Requirements: * Minimum 7+ years\' work experience as a underwritier in life Insurance.

• Should have done quality projects - Green belt or black belt.
• Proficient in Advance MS Excel , Macros , MS Access.
