Ecosystem Strategy and Risk Management
: Leverage in-depth knowledge of gaming genres, platforms, multiplayer dynamics, and community behaviors to analyze and mitigate risks across the full safety value chain, including proactive detection, enforcement, appeals, and auditing.
Creative Problem-Solving and Innovation:
Identify operational hurdles in live gaming settings and design agile, multifaceted solutions to address emerging threats, such as toxicity, cheating, exploitation, and unauthorized content.
Operational Optimization:
Oversee and enhance moderation systems, content review processes, and incident response mechanisms, integrating automated and human-led functions for efficiency and scalability.
Solution Building :
Assist in the development of digital-led initiatives (e.g., automation tools and AI/ML risk detection), people-led programs (e.g., workforce training, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement), and data/analytics-led methods (e.g., building dashboards, conducting experiments, and deriving insights from metrics).
Investigations and Insights:
Conduct thorough analyses of abuse, fraud, and harm incidents, utilizing player reports, system data, and analytical tools to generate actionable intelligence and preventive strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Client - Tech, Policy, Internal - data analytics, Digital innovation and support teams to embed safety features into gaming ecosystems, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Trend Monitoring and Compliance:
Track industry trends and advise on policy enforcement, age verification, privacy controls, and responsible gaming practices, with attention to regional and international standards.
Performance Reporting:

Minimum Qualifications
Any graduate
Deep expertise in the gaming industry, encompassing game development, platform operations, live services, and player community dynamics.
Fundamental knowledge of safety value chains in gaming, including risk assessment, content moderation, policy enforcement, incident response, and compliance frameworks.
Demonstrated creativity and agility in devising solutions for complex operational challenges, with a track record of innovative problem-solving in dynamic environments.
Proficiency in digital-led solutions, such as AI/ML integrations, real-time monitoring systems, and automation tools for risk mitigation.
Experience in people-led approaches, including team leadership, training programs, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination to strengthen safety protocols.
Expertise in data and analytics-led strategies, involving metric definition, dashboard creation, predictive modelling, and data interpretation to drive informed decisions.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to perform root cause analyses and translate trends into strategic enhancements, particularly in gaming-specific contexts like anti-cheat measures and social engineering prevention.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling the articulation of complex concepts to diverse stakeholders, while maintaining operational rigor and adaptability
