Responsibilities Leading and responsible for treasury operations for the Company with team size of 2-3 members. Managing daily cash flow and investing the surplus fund as per investment policy of the Company. Supporting front end team in data preparation for funding proposal and resolving lender queries on time. Preparation for monthly borrowing repayment schedule, book debt tagging, PTC/DA Pool. Ensuring timely lender repayments as per monthly repayment schedule. Ensuring charge /modification of charge filing in close coordination with Compliance team Handling lender reporting/covenant monitoring for all the lenders on monthly/quarterly/half yearly and yearly basis. Preparation and submission of ALMs (treasury related) to RBI as per deadline. Preparation of ALCO deck for monthly ALCO meeting Handling Internal/Statutory/Regulatory audits for the Company Ensuring treasury compliances related to debenture trustee, RTA, rating agencies, NSDL and other intermediaries. Ensuring submission of monthly Treasury MIS data to Finance /Compliance department. Preparation of Monthly update report and presentation for investors Leading treasury automation project for the department Managing adhoc data requirement of management from time to time. Process improvement and automation Good communication skills Qualifications Minimum 5 years in treasury operations or treasury Mid/Back office experience. MBA/CA
