Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the complete recruitment lifecycle across roles
Develop recruitment strategies aligned with business growth
Source, screen, interview, and close candidates through multiple channels
Drive urgent and business-critical hiring requirements
Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and high-priority roles
Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs
Provide regular hiring updates and timelines to leadership
Coordinate interviews, feedback cycles, and final selections
Identify, onboard, and manage recruitment agencies
Monitor agency performance, SLAs, quality, and timelines
Strengthen employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience
Maintain accurate hiring data, dashboards, and compliance standards

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
