In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Establish short and long-term recruiting strategies to deliver on key organizational metrics
• Implement and lead recruitment strategy, guidelines, and procedures concerning standard processes, systems, and methodologies.
• Building partnerships with Business Leaders and HR colleagues through meetings, reports, and market insights.
• Processing candidates through the company ATS and maintaining MIS.
• Leverage and develop vendor partners, social media platforms and job boards channels.
• Handle and promote internal mobility within the organization by using Internal Job Postings.
• Defining and driving the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
• Run successful hiring campaigns on Naukri, LinkedIn, and social media with the help of TA team members.
• Ensure that all the recruitments are done within the prescribed budgets by controlling the cost of recruitment.
• Prepare and report weekly and Monthly dashboards to BU leaders for their respective businesses.
• Maintain a database of prospective candidates across various business units and apply this information.
• Evaluating and refining sourcing and selection procedures.
• Ensure overall candidate experience about the Recruitment process is assessed and improved basis all collaborators feedback.
• Prioritize recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand.
• Make improvements to recruitment procedures and measurement metrics to optimally achieve recruitment goals.
• Continuously improve People, Processes, and Technology for TA Team.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Full Time MBA HR with confirmed experience 15 years on multiple IT as well as non-IT assignments

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience of using an ATS
• Excellent MS Office skills (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
