THE OPPORTUNITY
This position is responsible for developing countries talent acquisition strategy, analyzing recruitment needs, design and implement recruitment solutions including recruitment process, tools, systems, policies and guidance that are appropriate to local needs and ensure the alignment with the global and regional guideline. This position would also be responsible to implement the recruiting and Talent Acquisition initiatives in the countries, manage university relationships, and responsible for the executive recruiting in the countries.
