What You'll Do
Drive Hiring Strategy: Build and execute innovative recruitment strategies tailored to the diverse needs of multiple divisions.
Partner with Leaders: Collaborate with business heads and HRBPs to identify talent gaps and deliver strategic hiring solutions.
Enhance Candidate Experience: Create seamless, engaging, and inclusive journeys for every candidate.
Boost Employer Branding: Partner with internal teams to position the company as an employer of choice.
Leverage Data: Use talent analytics to drive decision-making, optimize processes, and improve hiring outcomes.
What We're Looking For
10-14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a matrixed or multi-division environment.
Proven expertise in stakeholder management and strategic recruitment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for exceptional candidate experience and employer branding.
Data-savvy mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
