Key Responsibilities
Lead
end-to-end Talent Acquisition
for mid to senior-level positions
Develop and execute
effective hiring strategies
aligned with business goals
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements
Ensure
high-quality hiring
with a strong focus on retention and cultural fit
Drive and monitor
recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reporting
Manage sourcing channels, consultants, and recruitment partners
Improve hiring processes and contribute to
employer branding initiatives
Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and best practices
Required Qualifications & Experience
10-12 years of total professional experience
Minimum
5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
Proven experience handling
senior-level and leadership hiring
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to deliver
quality resumes and long-term hires
Stable career history with
minimal job hopping
Candidates should be
based in Bhopal or willing to relocate
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Experience in
Infrastructure / EPC / Construction or allied industries
Exposure to large or multi-location organizations
Experience leading or mentoring recruitment teams
