Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruitment process and implement creative strategies to recruit high-performing talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles, anticipating future hiring needs.
Leadership Hiring: Manage and execute hiring for leadership, senior technical, and creative roles in engineering, game testing, art, and support functions
Employer Branding: Identify strategies to position the organization as an employer of choice and act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization's values and culture to attract top talent.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide guidance on best practices in talent acquisition.
Offer Negotiation: Working with selected candidates and negotiating salary closures within proposed budgets
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition and KPIs.
Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition vendors. Negotiate and oversee contracts to ensure cost-effective partnerships.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists to ensure high performance and proactive talent engagement.
Must-Haves
15+ years of experience recruiting for technology and functional roles for global organizations.
Bachelor's or equivalent degree with a focus on HR or Talent Acquisition.
Effective communication skills to convey information clearly and build positive relationships.
Proficient in leveraging technology and tools for sourcing, recruitment, and analytics.
Demonstrate flexibility to experiment with tasks/projects/roles.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in time-sensitive positions.
Strong understanding of talent segments in game development, testing, creative services, and engineering roles.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, recruitment marketing tools, and sourcing techniques.
Passion for gaming or prior exposure to the gaming industry ecosystem is preferred.
