store managers

for luxury footwear showrooms Develop

brand-specific hiring strategies

(e.g., adventure footwear experts) Reduce time-to-hire to

Process Innovation:

Implement

retail-specific ATS workflows

HR Operations (Secondary - 20%)

? Payroll coordination with accounts (PF/ESIC/TDS)
