Build strong relationships with
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2-4 years in a managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of local labor markets and industry trends.
Experience in fostering inclusive recruitment practices and promoting diversity.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
