Role Overview:



We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition & Human Resources who has an exclusive background in the architectural interior design sector. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, employer branding, and core HR functions. The ideal candidate will be a talent scout, a business partner, and a culture champion, who has a proven track record of identifying and securing top-tier design talent at market-compatible rates and has been instrumental in scaling design firms into new geographic markets.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Strategic Talent Acquisition & Headhunting:



Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to the niche architectural interior design market. Proactively headhunt passive candidates through industry networks, design schools, portfolios (e.g., Behance, ArchDaily), and competitor mapping. Expertly evaluate portfolios and conduct interviews to assess not only technical skills (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.) but also design sensibility, creativity, and cultural fit. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles: Senior Interior Designers, Architects, Project Managers, BIM Modelers, FF&E Specialists, and Business Development roles. Negotiate compelling offer packages that are attractive to top talent while remaining within the company's compensation structures.

2. Geographic Expansion & Market Penetration:



Partner with senior leadership to understand the talent requirements for opening new studios in target cities (e.g., Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, etc.). Conduct market intelligence on salary benchmarks, talent availability, and competitive landscape in new geographic locations. Be the frontline HR representative for establishing our employer brand in new markets before a physical presence is fully set up. Develop and execute location-specific recruitment strategies to attract local talent as well as relocate key team members.

3. HR Business Partnership & Operations:



Act as a strategic HR business partner to studio heads and department leaders, providing guidance on people management, performance, and team dynamics. Oversee the entire employee lifecycle - from onboarding and induction for new hires to exit interviews. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that reflect the creative and collaborative culture of a design firm. Manage compensation and benefits benchmarking specific to the architecture and design industry to ensure we remain competitive. Address employee relations issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive work environment.

4. Employer Branding & Culture:



Craft and promote our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) within the design community. Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and industry-specific forums to showcase our projects, culture, and team. Represent the company at career fairs, design school events, and industry conferences to build a strong talent network.

Qualifications & Experience:



Must Have:

A minimum of 6-12 years of experience in

end-to-end Talent Acquisition and HR, exclusively within the architectural interior design or related high-end design/architecture industry.

Non-Negotiable:

A proven, verifiable track record of successfully scaling a design firm's workforce across multiple new cities/regions in India. Demonstrated expertise in negotiating offers and closing senior-level design talent. Deep understanding of design roles, software, workflows, and the creative process. Strong existing network within the Indian architecture and design community. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
