Key Responsibilities * Design and implement comprehensive strategies for lateral and campus hiring.

• Lead end-to-end campus recruitment processes, from engagement to onboarding, ensuring superior candidate experience.
• Audit and enhance recruitment processes for scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Drive employer branding initiatives at academic institutions through events, programs, and partnerships.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align hiring with business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to performance management timelines and internal quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications * MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institution.

• Proven expertise in bulk/campus hiring and lateral recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or blue-collar hiring setups.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with high integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and leadership effectively.
