About the Role:
We are looking for a high-impact Senior Manager - Supply Strategy to join our Supply Strategy & Growth Team. This role will be central to driving conversion improvements across the user funnel-from menu to cart and search to order-while also working on high-leverage supply-side and strategic growth initiatives.
A significant aspect of the role will include revamping cuisine journeys, identifying global best practices, and integrating emerging food trends into the customer experience. The candidate will also lead strategic projects such as accelerating growth for new restaurants, optimizing operational processes, and solving critical business problems that impact user and partner experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conversion Funnel Optimization: Improve conversion from menu views to cart and search to order by identifying friction points and executing data-backed improvements.
Cuisine Experience Strategy: Redesign and upgrade cuisine discovery journeys, aligning them with global best practices and user expectations across different segments.
Growth for New Restaurants: Build and execute strategies to help new restaurants ramp up quickly, achieve early visibility, and grow sustainably on the platform.
Strategic Problem Solving: Identify and solve systemic issues impacting supply health, restaurant performance, and customer satisfaction.
Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement process improvements to enhance team output and partner outcomes.
Global Benchmarking & Trends: Stay on top of global industry trends, customer dining behavior, and competition to inform strategy.
Experimentation & Growth: Lead A/B tests and pilots to validate hypotheses and scale successful initiatives with cross-functional support.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Product, Analytics, Ops, Marketing, and Category teams to align on goals, execution, and measurement.
Performance Monitoring: Build dashboards and track KPIs to evaluate success and surface opportunities.
New projects: Evaluate new projects, solve for the right strategy and implement them by working closely with internal and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
6+ years of experience in strategy, growth, consulting, product, or operations roles in fast-paced, data-driven organizations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools preferred.
Strong communicator. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills enable you to craft and deliver the right message, to the right people, at the right time.
Result oriented, data forward and a problem solving approach towards business with a key eye on Customer, Consumer and Category Insight.
High ownership and Accountability: You have unmatched sense of ownership for the project that you lead and bring new ideas/ work with cross functional team to bring strategy to reality
Commercial acumen. You possess a strong understanding of sales processes, and commercial awareness, and analytical skills (planning and negotiation).
Strategic mindset with attention to detail and execution excellence.
Passion for user-centric design and supply-side efficiency.
Ability to balance short-term needs with long-term strategic bets.
