Job Description

As Supply Chain Manager at Hush, you will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain process -- from procurement and production planning to inventory control, warehousing, and last-mile delivery. You will play a critical role in aligning supply chain performance with business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

Source and procure raw materials (foam, fabric, innersprings, packaging) Maintain supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and pricing Track quality, cost, and delivery timelines Build alternate and backup vendor base for key inputs

Production & Material Planning

Coordinate with factory teams to align raw material supply with production forecasts Monitor daily/weekly production schedules Minimize production downtime due to material shortages
3.

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

Oversee stock levels across multiple warehouses and plants Implement cycle counting, FIFO, and inventory control processes Drive system accuracy and monthly physical stock audits
4.

Logistics & Distribution

Manage dispatches across D2C, B2B, retail, and institutional orders Coordinate with transport partners for timely deliveries Optimize freight costs and delivery timelines Resolve last-mile and RTO issues
5.

System & Reporting

Maintain data integrity across ERP/supply chain systems Develop dashboards for inventory movement, procurement KPIs, and order fulfillment Highlight operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements

Desired Skills & Experience

5-10 years' experience in supply chain management, preferably in mattress/furniture/consumer durables Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, logistics, and production coordination Analytical mindset with strong execution capability Ability to coordinate across departments - sales, factory, vendors, dispatch Working understanding of tax compliance (GST, E-way bill)

Good to Have

Experience in managing multi-location operations Familiarity with D2C fulfillment platforms like Shiprocket, Unicommerce, etc. Prior work experience in a mid-size or growing manufacturing brand
