Senior Manager Strategy

Position : Sr. Manager Strategy
Location : Mumbai (Worli)

Reporting to : VP Strategy

Position Summary:

Looking for a position in the strategy team with 3-5 years of experience, good in analytical skills, aggressive in completing assignments and able to find new avenues of business, liaiso with various people for Business ventures etc.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

1. Drive Companies - Vision and Strategy

2. Drive implementation of FY-27 strategy across businesses. Identify new growth engines for the company

3. Develop strategy for growth of international footprint across Various SBU\'s

4. Evaluate strategic acquisitions to create options for capability enhancement / growth

5. Develop and implement strategy for internal and external communication

6. Identify opportunities in new segments, technologies and geographies

7. Work closely to develop internationalisation strategy

8. Formulate strategy with certain SBU team for building up PQs through Organic / Inorganic route

9. Long Term: Identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and cost savings through new methods or technology

10. Evaluate and create options for engineering excellence.

11. Business Diversification :- Identify new business segments to diversify, Manufacturing of Backward Integration in aligned products, Evaluate Build or Buy Cases for Backward Integration

12. M&A :- Proactively evaluate strategic acquisitions / partnership opportunities to create options for capability enhancement / growth

13. Digital Transformation :- Ideation and pilot implementation of a digital project.

Education: MBA (Tier 1 college)

- Bachelors in Technology or Bachelor in Engineering

Experience:

Required Skills and Capabilities:

1) 4+ years of experience in Infrastructure allied sector preferred

2) Understanding of Business strategy frameworks

3) Ability to read, interpret and understand financial reports

4) Ability to research, understand reports relevant to the business

5) Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability establish relationship with various stakeholders
