Job Title: Manager - Strategic Sourcing (Electrical)

Role Summary:
The Manager Strategic sourcing is responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies to optimize the supply chain, reduce costs, and ensure the quality of products and services. This role requires a keen understanding of market dynamics, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
On a Typical Day You Will:

• Develop and Implement Sourcing Strategies: Identify and evaluate sourcing opportunities to drive cost savings and enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Supplier Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet company standards for quality, delivery, and cost.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed of industry trends, emerging suppliers, and market conditions.
• Negotiation: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure advantageous terms for the company, including pricing, delivery, and service agreements.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as Product Development, Quality Assurance, and Operations, to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and supplier performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the sourcing function and implement best practices.

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or Electronics Engineering
• 10+ years of proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management on PCBA parts
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and market trends.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
