:
- Recommends and leads team in execution of communication strategy to address clients needs and contract obligations.
- Manages and drives end-to-end delivery of work, including the coordination of shared and expert resources, timely delivery of communication materials, and client-specific solutions and branding needs.
- Leads the strategy development and delivery of communications materials for external clients and internal library, for their business unit.
- Acts as an escalation point, as needed, for clients and internal team members to ensure communication deliverables meet the needs of our clients.
- Creates and reports periodically actionable communications metrics with all the stakeholders.
- Develops team members, ensuring they exhibit key skills and competencies required to perform their jobs.
- Advises on out-of-scope communication opportunities and prepare fee-for-service proposals to generate additional revenue.
