Elite Business Development Professional
to drive our Global Corporate Solutions division. This is a high-stakes role requiring a salesperson who can interact with Founders, Boards of Directors, and C-Suite executives across India and international markets.
You will not be selling retail products; you will be selling
complex corporate strategies
that determine the future of organizations. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience in the corporate lifecycle--from startup growth to organizational restructuring and insolvency.
Core Service Portfolio (The "LawCrust Business" Suite)
You will be responsible for pitching and closing high-ticket consulting mandates in the following areas:
Insolvency & Bankruptcy:
Consulting companies through financial distress and legal resolution frameworks.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) & Growth Strategy:
Driving inorganic growth, deal sourcing, and strategic market expansion.
Private Placement:
Facilitating capital raises and connecting businesses with private institutional investors.
Startup Consulting:
Offering end-to-end advisory for scale-ups, from compliance to market entry.
Organization & Restructuring:
Redesigning corporate hierarchies and operational workflows for maximum efficiency.
Strategic Retrenchment Services:
Managing sensitive corporate downsizing and resource optimization with legal and strategic precision.

Initiate a minimum of
40 outbound high-level calls

Identify and pitch to companies from India to international markets, understanding the cultural and regulatory nuances of global business.
Lead Speed:
Maintain a response time of
under 15 minutes
for inbound corporate inquiries to ensure LawCrust remains the first choice for urgent strategic needs.

Consultative Selling:

Who You Are (Candidate Profile)
The Global Strategist:
Minimum 3 years of experience in hardcore corporate sales. You must have hands-on experience in at least three of our core service areas (e.g., M&A, Private Placement, or Insolvency).

You are fully aware of current market trends, investment climates, and the legalities surrounding corporate restructuring in India and globally.
Elite Communicator:
You possess the gravitas to negotiate with CEOs and the technical knowledge to explain Private Placement or Bankruptcy proceedings confidently.
