Job Summary: The Manager/Sr. Manager - Strategic Alliance will play a pivotal role in driving strategic alliances with agencies and complementing SaaS products to accelerate our company\'s growth and market share. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the SaaS landscape, excels in building and nurturing relationships, and has a track record of successfully leading sales initiatives and teams. The individual will lead a team of skilled sales professionals and collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets.Responsibilities :Strategic Alliances :- Identify and evaluate potential alliance opportunities with agencies and complement SaaS products in the Customer Experience, Customer Service, and Marketing space. - Develop a holistic partnership strategy with the aim of building long-lasting relationships with partner companies - Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring terms align with our business objectives and are favourable for both parties.- Be the point of contact for anything and everything business-related for those partnersAccount-Based Sales : - Closely collaborate with the marketing team in strategizing account penetration strategy where you will act as the face of Germin8 and potentially get our foot inside the door of big accounts. - Collaborate with the marketing team to identify newer markets and key players that can benefit from what Germin8 has to offer - Track and measure the effectiveness of the ABS initiative, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team and making sure the wheel never stops.Relationship Management : - Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, nurturing them through effective communication and regular touchpoints. - Work closely with key stakeholders internally and externally to maximize partnership opportunities and address any challenges that may arise.Market Research and Analysis : - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities and gain a competitive advantage. - Commission market research to stay informed on newer opportunities and strategies that can be implemented holisticallyMinimum Requirements :- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. - 7+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on strategic alliances in the SaaS industry. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through strategic alliances and Account-Based Selling. - Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels.- Experience leading and managing a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.- In-depth knowledge of the SaaS landscape, including agencies and complementing SaaS products in the Customer Experience, Customer Support, and Marketing space.- Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and measure the success of initiatives.- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
